Approach/Training/Experience
I offer an integrative approach which draws upon the insights and techniques of Humanistic Counselling, Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. These approaches build a strong foundation for our therapeutic relationship to grow in a safe and supporting environment. However it is only by using Clarkson's Five Relationship Model as a framework I am able to integrate these seemly different approaches. You can find additional information about my approach in the 'What Is Counselling & Psychotherapy?' page of this website.
