Fees (Cost of Therapy)

Please find below up-to-date fees (from February 2025) concerning therapeutic services. Payments can be made by bank transfer a day before a booked appointment for telephone or face to face appointments, or via cash on the day for face to face appointments. All Sessions are usually 50 minutes in duration, unless otherwise stated.

A missed appointment is chargeable (at full fee) and invoiced without 48 hour notice (please note that this notice excludes weekends for example a client who has a 10am appointment on a Monday would have to give notice by 10am on a Friday) Attending late to your appointment (more than 20 minutes late) the session will be cancelled and classed as a missed appointment without giving 48 hours notice and therefore is chargeable (at full fee) and invoiced. The reason missed sessions are chargeable is due to the therapist's loss of earnings and therapy room hire fees. 

  
Individual Client Therapy 

£55.00 (50 Minutes) - Counselling
£60.00 (50 Minutes) - Psychotherapy or Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy

Please see below concessions available to those who are registered disabled and in receipt of disability benefits, non employed students, elderly clients and clients who are experiencing Gender Dysphoria and or Gender Transitioning. (Please note concessional sessions are subject to availability) 

£50.00 (50 Minutes) - Counselling
£55.00 (50 Minutes) - Psychotherapy or Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy 

​(Please note the first appointment is an assessment session, the duration of this is up to one hour with the same fees as above)

Couples Therapy (Sorry no availability) 

Please note there may be a different fee structure in place for clients who have been referred through Bupa & other Psychological Providers (Please contact me directly)

£55.00 per 1 hour or £80.00 per 1.5 hours

£50.00 per 1 hour or £75.00 per 1.5 hours (Student Counsellors and Therapists)

External organisations requiring therapies or supervision for larger groups please contact me to discuss your requirements.
